• Made-to-Order Items: Products that are made to order, such as apparel, are not eligible for refunds. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. This allows us to assist you promptly and address any concerns.
• Standard Items: For all other products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Digital Items:All of our digital items (Planners, Journals, Devotionals, etc.) are non-refundable.
